Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days from the date of receipt to submit a return request.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. If you purchased a bundle, all items in the bundle must be returned. We do not accept individual items that were sold as part of a bundle.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at ullasilini@gmail.com and let us know the item you wish to return, along with your order number. Items sent to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.
Carefully pack your Ulla Silini in the original packaging and, if possible, secure outer packaging. Include a note with your name, address, contact number and reason for return.

Faults and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.
Exclusions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on out-of-stock items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and purchase a new item separately once your return has been accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your funds will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue a refund.
Limited Returns
Certain items, such as printed items from our Design Online service or Use Your Design service, cannot be returned. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all copies and images are correct before placing an order. This will be advised to you before placing an order. If this is our fault, we will be happy to refund the full cost of the print order. Note: There may be slight colour discrepancies between the screen resolution and the printed material.
Note: Postage for returned items is the customer's responsibility unless we are at fault.
